  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the product seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned treats, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
